Services

The Alzheimer's Alliance of Smith County began as a single support group in 1982 and has grown into a non-profit multi-faceted community service agency.

Our mission is to support those affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. We accomplish our mission through a variety of programs and services. We are committed to providing these services with unsurpassed caring and compassion. Funds for operations are recieved through direct public support, government revenue, and special events like "Retro Walk & Roll! ."

Research
   •  10% of all memorial donations support research efforts.

Educational Conferences and In-Service Training
Conferences and In-Service Training are offered for family caregivers and healthcare professionals within Smith County at varied times throughout the year.  All conferences are taught by credentialed professionals who are extremely knowledgeable about Alzheimer's disease and elements of caregiving.  Call (903) 509-8323 for information or to schedule a training.
